Focus

Focus - 4/12/11 -- This weeks focus is; gaining consistency in breakfast. I will continue on with protein shakes as a first meal, and have my morning snack be a little larger to accommodate. I want to try and limit the volume of my intake in order to maintain the size of my stomach later in the day.

Update - 4/14/11 -- I am planning on prepackaging my ingredients for my protein shakes. Going to use both coffee based shakes, and a chai tea based shake. There are a few things I will need to pick up. I also plan on making ham and cheese egg bites this weekend to help with my consistent breakfast.

Update - 4/20/11 -- Didn't pick up needed items or get anything prepackaged. Weekend got away from me with kitchen and company. Will attempt again in a couple of weeks. Not going to obsess about it right now.

Focus - 4/19/11 -- This weeks focus is going to be chosing a consistent weigh-in day and scale. I think I have chosen Tuesday am, and the scale at work
